Virtual and hybrid events as an alternative and/or supplement to live events.

Our full-service approach has proven to be extremely efficient, fast and flexible, especially during the Corona Pandemic. With our own video, streaming and camera technology plus a subsidiary for software solutions (platforms for digital events, APP programming and online attendee management), we are ready (for several years now) for the latest developments ans organising of virtual events – with we also implement in our streaming location in Bremen.

Digital and hybrid events are not new, but most recently, since the beginning of the Corona Pandemic, they have become the indispensable for live meetings. Virtual events are completely new territory for many of our clients and the format ist not really comparable to live events. Some parallels exist, but if you switch from live to digital and don´t adapt the concept accordingly, you run the risk of losing your participants halfway through.

A good dramaturgy, appealing backdrops, interactive elements, entertaining lectures and dialogues, the correct length of the event and, above all, a flawless technical implementation with intuitive usability are the cornerstones of a successful digital event.

Thanks to our own streaming location in Bremen, directly at the JOKE company headquarters, we can implement digital and hybrid events easily and quickly as a practical all-in-1 solution. The low-threshold 360° offer ranges from a central location in Bremen-Findorff (10 min. walk the the trade fair and main railway station), to our in-house event professionals, to state-of-the-art technology and flexible location equipment. Thanks to the direct connection to our logistics centre, the desire furniture or additional equipment is only a step away.

We can therefore offer variable settings for a wide range of event formats – meetings, talks, conferences, webinars or product presentations. With up to 20 seats. Additional services: Conferece rooms and a second studio for snappy content production.
