Sober briefing: Conception and implementation of an employee event for the occasion of launching of a new jam. Emotional implementation: Breakfast GLÜCK (new jam name, German for Happiness) for all employees and their families at a company event that focuses on the feeling of WE and HAPPINESS.
The arrival of a new family member – in this case the new GLÜCK (Happiness) jam in the Göbber product family – is always a happy day. Therefore, we wanted to create as many happy moments as possible to make the internal product launch of one of Europe’s leading private marmalade companies, emotional and unforgettable for the employees.
Happiness was a consistent theme throughout the entire event concept thanks to the appropriate spatial staging and adequate event programme. To welcome the employees, they went to the company’s own production hall, which was decorated for the happy day with 500 helium balloons in the colours of the jams. After an introduction by the management with product insights into the new jam GLÜCK, the employees themselves became lucky charms: together they let the balloons rise into the sky with best wishes for the future.
Then they went through Happy Alley, a pallet street garnished with XL jam posters, to “Fruchtallee” (fruit alley). Here, the big family luck was waiting in the form of an XL community breakfast at a 150m long table, a joint planting activity for team building and fun for the little ones on the adjacent sand and grass areas.
An all-round happy day and customer – thanks to a creative event approach with a focus on family communal experiences and authentic, likeable product staging.
