Out of the daily work routine, into the inspiring city – with our city incentives we create memorable experiences for renowned automotive and financial companies as well as other international service providers all over the world. Together we design individual, authentic travel events for their employees and business partners with surprising impulses, lots of motivation and a great deal of appreciation: city, country, pleasure.
No off-the-rack city trip – with authentic cultural experiences, varied programming and active adventures, we develop individual travel experiences that will be remembered. We tailor the concepts to suit the budget, the participants and the destination – whether it’s an Arabian mega-city or a European city classic. Including creative branding measures, in the sense of sustainable brand communication.
Experiencing a city with all ones’ senses and from all elements – that was our approach for Abu Dhabi. In addition to an enjoyable excursion to the bazaar, there was an oriental picnic in the garden of a sheik. From the water and from the air, exciting insights and overviews were offered on the sailing trip and seaplane sightseeing flight. The racing taxi rides on the Formula 1 track and the course on the exclusive private golf course were sporty. 100% 1001 Nights was offered by the desert safari – including a dinner beneath the stars.
Our Palma de Mallorca incentive shows how to rediscover popular and well-known destinations. Beyond the well-trodden tourist paths, the participants experienced authentic nature, culture and art with a visit to the Arabian Gardens, a detour to the Bull Museum or picturesque almond blossoms outside the city gates. The trip was complemented by a beach club evening.
Or for our New York City trip. The city that never sleeps, also rediscovered for Big Apple fans: with a shopping tour via rickshaw, dinner above the rooftops of the city in a film studio or a dinner on a boat with a unique skyline panorama view.
But you don’t always have to travel far for something special. In terms of sustainability, regional incentive concepts are coming more into focus. In Munich, for example, we created money-can’t-buy moments with surfer-watching in the English Garden and a cooking course with a star chef. In Hamburg, we provided an extra kick of adrenalin with a surprising means of transport – the pirate speedboat – during the Elbphilharmonie sightseeing.
On request, we provide the complete full service from participant, travel and destination management – including suitable equipment and outfits for every event – to VIP programmes and brand-appropriate communication media. And through our international partner SEE network, we offer not only local expertise worldwide but also economic efficiency.
To ensure discretion in the customer relationship and the privacy of the incentive guests, no companies are named or participants detailed here.
