From 2015 to 2019, in addition to our long-standing live communication activities for the Hyundai core brand, we managed the brand presence of Hyundai Motorsport. One of the project highlights was the annual promotion stand during the WRC tour in Europe – a mecca for all rally enthusiasts.
Due to the successful cooperation for the core business areas of the Korean car manufacturer, we were also entrusted with live communication projects for Hyundai Motorsport. Just as for the core brand, we acted on both a German and a pan-European level.
Our services for the Hyundai promotion within the framework of the FIA World Rally Championship included comprehensive project management and, particularly, the smooth coordination of all international service providers – from research and briefing to on-site implementation. We rounded off the full service with our own logistics resources, with which we covered the topic of material storage of an annually recurring project in a time- and cost-efficient manner.
In the implementation process of the Hyundai WRC promotion, one of the main tasks in the past was the creation of a spatial infrastructure – be it with a brand-appropriate promotion tent or alternatively a promotion truck. A temporary location was created in the Hyundai CI, where the versatile fan activation measures were effectively and emotionally staged. Furthermore, we were responsible for the friendly hostess team that transported the Hyundai spirit and the passion for performance in contact with the rally fans.
