For the French company Faurecia, one of the world’s largest automotive suppliers, we have been managing the trade fair presence at the IAA and various associated side events from our Frankfurt office since 2010. The core tasks here are the participant management of the international Faurecia team from many different countries and the trade fair stand support at various organisational levels.
The IAA is not only the most important communication platform for external target groups of the automotive supplier Faurecia, but also for internal employees of the global group. We provide a wide range of trade fair services, from complete participant management for internal, international target groups, including hotel booking/coordination and travel management, to the planning and implementation of side events for special stakeholders (Female Leaders, HR Young Talents, Business Group Conference) in the run-up to and during the trade fair.
Furthermore, we design and realise stand parties and customer events (up to 300 guests) and arrange stand support (hostess team, catering) including visitor appointments.
In a nutshell: we are the reliable full-service partner in hectic trade fair times, so that the customer can concentrate fully on his core tasks.
