The pearl of the Adriatic – the historic city of Dubrovnik – was the centre of the incentive that rewarded the best of an international insurance group, from accounting to sales, with special moments. We took the insurance employees from the GAS region on an exciting trip from the Mediterranean Middle Ages to today’s TV history.

For this purpose, we chose the diverse region in and around Dubrovnik, for which we developed a varied programme of culture, relaxation, adventure and culinary delights. The four-day incentive took the 40 employees and their companions through the historic old town of Dubrovnik – known not only for its many cultural treasures but also as the setting for the cult series “Game of Thrones” – to the surrounding sightseeing spots of Konavle and Cavtat and by boat to the picturesque Adriatic coast. Authentic country feeling was provided by a traditional dinner hosted by a local family and the Renault R4 tour through the Dalmatian coastal region. The crowning finale was the presentation of the Platinum Club Award in an antique city villa while enjoying a fantastic view over the Mediterranean.
