As a full-service provider, a precise merchandise management system supports us in managing and controlling our 90,000 equipment and technical items. All materials – event technology and furniture, decorations and props, catering equipment – are recorded digitally by the barcode system and regularly checked and maintained analogue by eye and hand. So that everything can be put on the road ready for the next event at any time.

With our own modern fleet of vehicles, we can handle a wide variety of transports: whether small city deliveries in Bremen or large, international logistics with 40 ton trailers to Barcelona. In this way, we create great planning and implementation security – and also often a budget advantage. As a one-stop solution, we are largely independent of third parties and therefore particularly efficient and flexible.

Especially for roadshows and other scalable event formats, our all-in-1 advantage from planning and management of the event material to the transport of goods comes into play. Material return transportation and storage is carried out reliably and quickly after each event. We store material in our logistics centre at JOKE headquarters, not only until the next event date – but, if desired, until the next project.

With so much organisational backing, our event project managers can concentrate on their main tasks. Everything else is taken care of by our logistics and transport professionals.
