The British company Sophos offers solutions for an omnipresent digitalisation topic – cyber security. Therefore, a regular update on the latest products and services is essential for sales partners. We will implement this in the form of an eventful DACH roadshow in 2019 and 2020.
Sophos’s IT portfolio includes both software and hardware solutions for cyber security, which were to be made practically tangible for the sales participants within the framework of a conference format. For this purpose, locations had to be found to match the respective annual themes (2019 “Get on board now and step on the gas” and 2020 “Curtain up”) – with the aim of loosening up the very information-heavy events with a lifestyle framework.
Part of our full-service offering for this roadshow was the location research, which resulted in a wide variety of event spaces to match the year’s motto – from the elegant Porsche Centre in Leipzig to the iconic Schmidt Theatre in Hamburg’s club district.
Thanks to our comprehensive in-house production capacities with our own technology, equipment and logistics, we were able to implement the ten-week roadshow with two events per week in a particularly efficient and sustainable manner. This applied to the transport solution with our own fleet of JOKE trucks, which drove to the various locations just in time, as well as to the sustainable catering concept, which was set up by a partner in a resource-saving way.
