Domino Effect with Impact: A High-Energy Afternoon of Team Spirit & Action
For the “Green Solutions Sales” division of EWE Vertrieb GmbH, we created an interactive event with 230 participants at our venue Alte Werft. With lunch, talks, and a creative domino effect, the focus was on team spirit – topped off with a surprising finale.
On behalf of the Green Solutions Sales division of EWE Vertrieb GmbH, we organized a unique employee event at our spectacular venue “Alte Werft.” The goal: strengthen the team spirit of around 230 sales employees in a relaxed, inspiring atmosphere. After a communicative business lunch, talks and keynote speeches followed before the event’s big highlight began: a creative team-building challenge. In 35 teams, participants built domino-style mini-installations that ultimately triggered one large chain reaction – culminating in an emotional finale with a banner drop and fireworks. The event wrapped up with a talk between EWE’s executive board and the coach of the EWE Baskets. A rustic dinner between shipping containers rounded off the experience.
An afternoon that not only boosted motivation and team cohesion but also brought EWE’s green message to life.
