Strategy conference and festival, two dramatically opposing formats – do they fit under one hat or rather together in one event? We actually found that they fit very well! If the goal is to create an unusual, activating environment for an internal conference to promote new thought-provoking impulses at an inspiring event.
Almost 1,000 employees of an IT company from the automotive industry, most of them quite young, a review of the past year and the outlook, impulses for the strategy of the future, a bit of team building (but please, without alot of waiting and with a message) and of course: a big party.
That was more or less the task in the pitch for the “Strategy Jour Fixe” project. The project became a festival. With an unconventional framework for strategic and content-related topics, with inspiration, freedom and of course a great party programme.
To watch, listen and participate. Our own people became part of the programme and helped to shape it. On stage and in front of the stages. The former military airport in Memmingen created the backdrop for the Corporate Festival. The staging at the airport and in the surrounding natural landscape of the Allgäu region offered relaxing and entertaining elements, such as live music and food market catering in a casual festival atmosphere, in addition to the conference content presented in workshop and keynote formats.
An unusual implementation for a strategy conference that inspired new perspectives and ideas, and whose actions and information remained in the memory for a long time.
