We have been staging the annual networking event of one of Germany’s most renowned foundations, which has been promoting science, education and research in Germany for decades, at various locations throughout Germany for the past 10 years. The focus is on presenting the foundation’s work and history in order to get potential members and supporters interested in this important institution.
Since we realised the 90th anniversary of the foundation in 2010, we have been responsible as event partner for the research summits and annual meetings of the foundation association. We implement the events as full-service events and offer efficient and professional project consulting and implementation that takes into account the special features of a foundation structure. And also includes special participants such as prominent business leaders or high-ranking government representatives, whose presence requires corresponding organiser skills, e.g. in terms of security.
Each event has different focal points in terms of content, to which we align the programme and the participants – all within the set project conditions. Through our many years of work for other public organisations, associations and foundations, we know that efficient thinking and stringent action are necessary to ensure that special experiences can be realised within a realistic framework.
This also applies to sustainable communication – the events are digitally extended via live stream in order to convey the foundation’s goal, the further development of science and research topics to secure Germany as a location for innovation, with a high level of attention within the target group.
