One Team – One Target: to motivate and reward the sales team of an international beverage company at their annual strategy conference, we developed a sporty event concept around the theme of football. A thematically appropriate décor, sporty give-aways and a wide variety of interactions ensured the desired sports and team spirit.
Around 450 employees met at the Hotel Wienecke in Hanover to learn about company and market-relevant topics at the annual Sales Convention. In a replica football stadium, the employees gathered in four blocks around the centre stage. Regardless of their seating position, all actors and the plenum always had an unobstructed view of six large projection screens. Thanks to the immediate proximity of the speakers to the staff and the dynamic form of presentation, an extraordinarily direct and lively communication was achieved. Dynamic community activities such as rope pulling and table football were incorporated as interactive motivation and team-building elements. The programme item employee appreciation was also implemented in a sporty way in the form of a trophy presentation to the best sales champions. The evening event logically took place in the nearby HDI Arena.
